This pie chart displays the gender demographics from the list of owners by taking the data from owners cards. There are four possible gender possiblities: male, female, non-applicable (N/A) if the owner is not listed as an occupant, and a single unknown due to no information present for that owner other then their name. There is a total of fifty-nine lot owners for Section I, in many cases in the form of co-ownerships or a transfer of a lot to new ownership.
